Peter Geoghegan will be in town to give the keynote for PostgreSQL Conference 2013, and we're lucky enough to have him give a presentation for us tentatively titled "Postgres: The parts you haven't found".
Peter is a Postgres major contributor originally from Dublin, Ireland. To date, his contributions to Postgres have generally been in the areas of performance and visibility. He works on the department of data at Heroku, where he and his colleagues are responsible for the world’s largest hosted Postgres database deployment.
Heroku is graciously hosting this event at the Salesforce office. The building it is located in has extra security.
