National Institute of Informatics, Room 1208
東京都千代田区一ツ橋2-1-2
We're going to kick off the new year with an event at the National Institute of Informatics (the venue for RubyKaigi in 2009). I'm told that you may need ID to enter the venue, so please bring something with your name on it (with a picture is better).
At the event, Zev Blut will give a presentation outlining different strategies he has tried for multilingualization, discussing the strengths and weaknesses of the different styles. Zev has been a longtime member of the Tokyo ruby community, from helping at 日本Rubyカンファレンス2006 to leading "M-x ruby-and-emacs-workshop" at RubyKaigi2010. He currently works at Cerego developing the Smart.fm learning platform.
Food and beverages will be provided.
